REFUGEE AID ACTIVITIES

In less than four months, from the moment refugee crisis escalated in the summer 2015, Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation distributed 30t of humanitarian aid, provided and placed 13 mobile containers for medical service and distribution of humanitarian aid, so as provided and placed 15 mobile toilets in total amount of 400.000 USD.

Thanks to the donors, Divac Foundation organized more than 50 humanitarian actions when delivered 30t of humanitarian aid to the refugees passing through Serbia, across Dimitrovgrad, Belgrade, Sid.

Mobile teams of Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation are every day in the field delivering the urgent items, hygienic items, food, sleeping bags, rain coats. Thanks to the donors, Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation provided and placed 13 mobile containers on location in Belgrade (Miksaliste), Sid, Dimitrovgrad where is provided medical help and deliver humanitarian aid to refugees. In addition to, Divac Foundation provided and placed 15 mobile toilets in Belgrade and Dimitrovgrad.

The biggest support to Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation refugee aid project  came from international humanitarian organizations: Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH), Mercy Corps, International Rescue Committee (IRC); companies: Procter&Gamble, BDK Advokati, KPMG, Ball PAckaging, Mondelez International, Coca Cola and numerous individuals - special thanks to Jelena Bin Drai.

All refugee aid activities, Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation conducts in everyday coordination and cooperation with partner organizations in the field: UNHCR, Red Cross of Serbia, Refugee Aid Serbia, WAHA International, Mikser.
